Refund & Returns Policy:

ATP (Addicted To Progression)

At ATP (Addicted To Progression), our collections are exclusive and produced in strictly limited quantities. Each item is crafted with premium materials and meticulous attention to detail. Because of this exclusive nature, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Faulty Item Policy

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at sales@atpthebrand.com

To submit a claim, please include the following:

  • Full name and order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photo and/or video evidence showing the fault

  • Photos of the packaging and labels

All evidence must be emailed within the 48-hour window.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

If your item is confirmed faulty, you will receive one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item (if stock is available), or

  • A refund only if a replacement is not possible

ATP reserves the right to determine whether an item is considered faulty after reviewing the evidence.

Non-Fault Returns (Not Accepted)

Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Fit not as expected

  • Colour preference

  • Accidental orders

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Condition Requirements for Approved Faulty Returns

If a return is authorised by our team, the item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Accompanied by all original tags and packaging

Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alterations will not be eligible.

Return Shipping for Faulty Items

ATP will cover return shipping costs only after a faulty claim has been approved in writing.
Unauthorised returns sent to us without approval will not be refunded or returned to the sender.
