Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within the next working day.

However, during periods of high order volume (collection drops, sales, restocks), processing times may extend to:

1–3 working days for dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

At checkout, you will be able to choose from a range of shipping options, including:

  • International / Worldwide Shipping

Shipping couriers provide these delivery windows as aimed services, not guaranteed services. ATP is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders & Duties

We proudly ship worldwide.
However:

ATP is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged on international orders.

These charges, if applicable, are determined by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the customer to release the parcel.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays or parcels being returned, and ATP cannot issue refunds for such situations.

Order Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following:

  • Missing parcel

  • Delivery marked as completed but not received

  • Courier delays
